Description
Description of the subject of the contract 1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from all inhabited properties located in the Nowogród Bobrzański commune in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.2. The scope of the order covers the collection of municipal waste: a) unsorted (mixed) (code 20 03 01), b) separately collected, including:- paper - covering paper and cardboard packaging (code 15 01 01),- plastics, metals - covering plastic, metal and multi-material packaging (code 15 01 02),- glass - covering glass packaging (code 15 01 07),- bio-waste (code 20 02 01),- bulky waste (code 20 03 07),-(d) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 36),-(e) used tyres (code 16 01 03).3. characteristics of the Nowogród Bobrzański.a) The Nowogród Bobrzański Commune is an urban-rural commune located in the Zielona Góra County, Lubuskie Voivodeship, with an area of 259.4 km2. The area of Nowogród Bobrzański commune is the town of Nowogród Bobrzański and includes villages: Białowice, Bogaczów, Cieszów, Dobroszów Wielki, Dobroszów Mały, Drągowina, Kaczenice, Kamionka, Kotowice, Klępinę, Krzewiny, Krzywa, Łagoda, Niwiska, Pajęczno, Pielice, Pierzwin, Podgórzyce, Popowice, Przybierz, Skibice, Sobolice, Sterków, Turów, Urzuty, Wysoka.b) Number of residential properties as at 30.9.2019, c) The number of persons registered as at 30 September 2019 in the Nowogród Bobrzański commune is 9255, including residents covered by the municipal waste collection system from properties registered as at 30 September 2019, The customer stipulates that the number of segregated and non-segregated persons may change due to changes in the declarations and the number of persons living in the commune.4. The Ordering Party estimates that the amount of municipal waste to be collected during the term of the agreement from areas inhabited by Nowogród Bobrzański Municipality will amount to: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 200301 - 797,500 Mg, b) collected selectively, including:- paper - including paper and cardboard packaging code 150101 - 16,500 Mg,- plastics, metals - including plastic and metal packaging and multi-material packaging code 150102 - 49,500 Mg,- glass - including glass packaging code 150107 - 52,500 Mg,- bio-waste - code 200201 11,000 Mg.
