Description

1 The subject of the contract is: Provision of waste collection and management services from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in Rydułtowy.2. Estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed during the contract period: 1277 Mg.
The subject matter of the order is to provide services in the field of collection, transport and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Rydułtowy, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK:1) specification of waste: - paper, - plastics, - multi-material packaging waste, - metals, - glass, - bio-waste constituting parts of plants from care of green areas and gardens, - other bio-waste constituting municipal waste, - hazardous waste, - waste electrical and electronic equipment (including incomplete), - furniture and other bulky waste, - used tires (except tires from: trucks, construction equipment, industrial equipment and agricultural tractors), - construction and demolition waste from households, - waste textiles and clothing, - non-eligible medical waste generated in the household as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, especially needles and syringes, - expired medicines and chemicals, - used batteries and accumulators.Construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, which the Contracting Authority intends to cover with this order, includes waste with the following codes: 17 01 01 - waste concrete and concrete rubble from demolition and renovation,17 01 03 - waste other ceramic materials and fixtures,17 01 07 - mixed waste concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and fixtures other than those listed in 17 01 06,17 03 80 - waste roofing paper,17 06 04 - insulation materials other than those listed in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03.2) Maintenance and operation of the PSZOK and equipment with containers shall be provided by the Contracting Authority.3.) For the collection of waste at the PSZOK it is envisaged to use:a) KP-7, KP-18, KP-19, KP-34 containers,b) 1100l containers for waste: paper, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste, glass, textiles and clothing, other bio-waste constituting municipal waste,c) 110/120l containers for non-eligible medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving injectable medical products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, especially needles and syringes,d) containers for hazardous waste: - container for fluorescent lamps - 1 item, - container for rechargeable batteries - 1 item, - container for batteries - 1 item, - container for waste containing mercury - 1 item, - container for used oils - 1 item, - container for paints, varnishes, solvents - 1 item, - container for fats, resins - 1 item, - container for plant protection products - 1 item, - container for expired medicines - 1 item. 4) Estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed during the contract period: 1277.000 Mg
