Description
The subject matter of the contract is elimination of illegal waste dumps located on properties owned by the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury in the Lower Silesia province. The order has been divided into 6 separate subjects. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: a) Sorting (segregation) of waste, b) Loading vehicles with segregated waste, c) Transporting waste to a place of collection or processing, d) In the case of hazardous waste, transfer to a final recovery process or final disposal process by the holder of the waste who conducts such a process, e) Disintegration of the area after completion of work, f) Marking the area by setting up information boards prohibiting dumping of waste. Additional responsibilities of the Contractor: a) Taking over the area of illegal dumps. The Contractor shall become the owner and producer of waste upon taking over the site. b) commence the performance of the subject matter of the contract without delay; c) develop the site at the Contractor's own expense; d) perform the work in a manner ensuring protection of the natural environment and in terms of fire, safety and occupational safety; e) notify the Contracting Authority in writing of the planned final acceptance inspection at least 7 days in advance; f) provide the Contracting Authority with proof of waste transfer to an entity that holds a valid permit for conducting operations in the field of waste recovery and disposal. If the Contractor manages waste in its own installation, the proof of waste transfer may be a weighing slip or a statement of waste receipt for its own use. The detailed description and scope of services for individual contract items have been included in Appendix No. 1 to the contract "Detailed description and scope of the order". Submitting a tender is tantamount to accepting the draft contractual provisions, which will be incorporated into the text of the contract
