Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents of the municipality reside and waste collected during one-time door-to-door collection in the territory of the Municipality of Nowiny. The total amount of waste to be collected and managed is 3,052 Mg .
(1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents of the municipality reside and waste collected during one-time door-to-door collection in the Municipality of Nowiny. The total amount of waste to be collected and managed is 3,052 Mg .2. The scope of the contract includes:1) collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of 1,170 Mg,2) collection and management of segregated municipal waste (excluding bio-waste) in the amount of 1,347 Mg,3) collection and management of bio-waste (food waste, kitchen and biodegradable waste) in the amount of 430 Mg,4) collection and management of waste collected during door-to-door collection from the municipality in spring and autumn (the area of all settlements and villages) including: used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires from cars, motorcycles and bicycles in the amount of 105 Mg.The quantities of each type of waste are given as an estimate in order for Contractors to calculate the bid price. Settlement for the performed service will be based on the actual amount of waste collected and managed.3. The scope of the contract includes:- collection and management of municipal waste in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 from residential properties, located in the municipality of Nowiny, ie: Bolechowice, Kowala, Kowala Mała, Szewce, Zawada, Wola Murowana, Zgórsko, Zagrody, Trzcianki, Sitkówka, Słowik, Nowiny, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of December 15, 2017. on levels of restriction of storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass, and in accordance with the provisions of the currently valid Provincial Waste Management Plan and in accordance with the Regulations for maintenance of cleanliness and order in the Nowiny municipality, in force during the term of the contract,- equipping residential properties with containers and bags for waste collection,- collection and management of waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point of the Nowiny municipality, in accordance with the waste hierarchy, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage in accordance with the specified legal regulations in this regard,- organization and carrying out twice during the term of the contract (in spring and autumn) collection of bulky waste, hazardous municipal waste, including used electrical and electronic equipment from the territory of Nowiny Municipality,- keeping detailed documentation related to the implementation of the subject service,- depending on the declaration made in the Bid Form, the subject of the contract also includes: washing and disinfection of waste containers during the term of the contract, and cleaning of garbage garbage cans in multi-family housing at the time of waste collection service, consisting of sweeping and collecting all waste lying outside the containers regardless of overflowing of the containers4. The subject of the contract does not include municipal waste generated by business activities. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract and Draft Contract - Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. Due to the limited number of characters, the Contractor is obliged to read the terms and conditions specified in Chapters I - XXIV of the SWZ.
