Description
The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of waste. The order was divided into 2 parts: - part I - collection and management of waste with codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 07, 16 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 03 80, 17 06 04, 17 09 04, 20 01 10, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 25, 20 01 26*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 32, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 34, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, ex 20 01 99, 20 02 01, 20 03 07 from PSZOK in Mikołów, - part II - collection and disposal of waste falling under codes 20 03 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 81 from ZUK in Mikołów.
Waste collection, transport and management - waste codes, estimated collection quantities are described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.1. Waste transport will be carried out by the following vehicles described in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.2. Before starting the service, the Contractor, in consultation with the Contracting Authority, will deliver to the area of the selective collection point for municipal waste at Dzieńdziela Street 44 containers, and containers for the collection of waste supplied by residents. The number of containers and containers will be determined on an ongoing basis, depending on the needs. The maximum number of containers set up will be: 7 m3 - 3 containers, including 1 tight, closed, intended for clothing, 12 m3 - 2 containers, The Contractor shall indicate the method of waste collection (concerning items 10-20, 22 of the table) and equip the Customer with the necessary equipment and devices (e.g. containers accepted by the installations, pallets, barrels, tape, strech film).3 The Contractor is obliged to mark the containers/containers with the information containing the waste code - background plate white black digits minimum 20 mm high and line width minimum 3 mm.4The Contractor shall be obliged to manage selectively collected municipal waste in waste recovery or neutralisation installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2020, item 797 as amended).5, The Contractor shall be obliged to achieve, in relation to the mass of collected municipal waste under this contract, the level of recovery, preparation for re-processing and recycling specified in: a) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 December 2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167); b) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 3 December 2018 on annual recycling levels of packaging waste from households (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2167); c) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 3 December 2018 on annual recycling levels of packaging waste from households (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2167). c) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 3 December 2018 on the minimum annual levels of recovery and recycling for multi-material packaging and packaging after hazardous substances, below which the levels cannot be specified in the agreement concluded with the Marshal of the Voivodeship (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2310).7 If, for any reasons, the installations do not guarantee that the levels of recovery, preparation for reprocessing and recycling required by the relevant regulations will be achieved, the Contractor, without the participation of the Employer, shall pursue all claims directly against the entities operating these installations.8Collection of waste from PSZOK will take place from Monday to Friday from 6.00 am to 7.30 pm. It is possible to collect waste at other times and on Saturday after each arrangement with the Contracting Authority.9 The obligations of the Contractor will include collection of the relevant fraction of waste according to the schedule, sent by the Contracting Authority by e-mail, taking into account the scope and date of waste collection. In the event of a sudden accumulation of a given waste fraction at the Ordering Party's premises, the Contractor shall collect the waste in accordance with the response time declared in the offer for waste collection in emergency situations.10. The Contractor shall be obliged to load the cargo intended for transport on its own11. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect filled containers, pallets, containers intended for waste collection with simultaneous substitution of empty containers, stretch foil pallets and containers on the same day in order to provide the Ordering Party with continuous and uninterrupted possibility of waste collection.12 The Contractor shall be obliged to weigh the equipment unit on a scale. Waste transport will be carried out by the following vehicles described in appendix no. 1 to ToR.2. Waste transport will be carried out by trucks adapted to waste transport (maximum loading height 3.2 m). The vehicles should comply with the standards of permissible exhaust emissions - at least Euro 4.3. Each time the Contractor is obliged to weigh the weight of the vehicle with a load on the premises of the Ordering Party.4The Contractor shall assume all obligations of the shipper within the meaning of the Act of 15 November 1984 Transport Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2020 item 8).5. The Contractor's obligations shall include collection of the relevant waste fraction in accordance with the schedule sent by the Ordering Party by e-mail, taking into account the scope and date of waste collection. In the event of a sudden accumulation of a given waste fraction at the Ordering Party's premises, the Contractor shall collect the waste in accordance with the response time of waste collection declared in the offer.6The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the subject of the order in accordance with the BDO - Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2020, item 797, as amended).7. The Contractor shall be obliged to weigh the equipment unit on a 12 m long scale before and after loading the waste.
