Description

The minimum quantity of waste (minimum order quantity), i.e. the amount of waste that the Contractor is obliged to collect from the Ordering Party during the order completion period, is 400 (Mg).2. The maximum quantity of waste (maximum possible order quantity), i.e. the amount of waste that the Contractor is obliged to collect from the Ordering Party during the order completion period if the Ordering Party exercises the option right, in the situation described in point 3.3, is up to 1500 (Mg).In the event that the actual demand of the Contracting Authority for waste collection during the contract performance period turns out to be greater than the planned minimum scope of the contract from point 3.1, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 34(5) of the PPL Act, provides for the possibility to exercise the right of option consisting in increasing the minimum scope of the contract to a maximum quantity indicated in point 3.2 (maximum possible scope of the contract), as the maximum possible scope of the contract taking into account the right of option. Execution of the scope of the contract covered by the right of option (maximum scope of the contract) is a right of the Contracting Authority, which may or may not be exercised. Failure by the Contracting Authority to complete the order, taking into account the right of option, may not be the basis for financial claims of the Contractor against the Contracting Authority. The additional scope of the contract under the option right in point 3 (maximum possible scope of the contract) shall be executed on the same terms as the basic contract in point 1 (minimum scope of the contract). The following conditions shall be set for the Contractor to provide the services covered by the subject of the contract: 1) waste collection shall be performed by means of its collection from the Ordering Party's registered office at ul. Komunalna 31, 33-100 Tarnów (waste collection place) at the cost and risk of the Contractor, with the Contractor's own transport, i.e.: 1) waste collection, 2) waste collection, 3) waste collection, 4) waste collection, 4) waste collection, 5) waste collection, 5) waste disposal, 5) waste collection, 5) waste collection, 5) waste collection, 5) waste collection, 6 waste collection, 6 waste collection, 6 waste disposal, 6) waste collection, 6 waste disposal, 6) waste collection, 6 waste disposal, 6 waste disposal, 6) waste disposal. vehicles adjusted to transport waste code 20 03 07, equipped with 2 KP-36 containers or a set with a movable floor, the so-called walkingfloor;2) the collection of waste from the place of its collection shall take place on the working days of the Ordering Party, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., except for public holidays, in the quantity (Mg) specified each time by the Ordering Party in the call, taking into account the provisions of item 3, sent to the Contractor by e-mail to the Contractor's e-mail address or by telephone at tel. 3) a single quantity of waste (Mg) to be collected by the Contractor on a single call from a waste collection point shall not exceed 35 (Mg);4) the collection of waste by the Contractor from the collection point in the quantity (Mg) indicated in the call referred to in item 2 shall take place within 3 working days from the date of sending the call referred to in item 2 to the Contractor by the Ordering Party;6) the actual weight of waste (Mg) collected each time by the Contractor from the Ordering Party shall be determined by means of a legal truck scale located in the Ordering Party's seat (waste collection point) and confirmed by a weighing proof from the computer program operating the Ordering Party's weighing system. 7) the total actual weight of waste (Mg) collected by the Contractor in a given month of service provision will be confirmed by the Ordering Party immediately after the end of this month on the Collective Waste Transfer Card (ZKPO), in accordance with the model resulting from the Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 12 December 2014 on documents used for the purposes of waste registration (Journal of Laws of 2014, The remaining description of the subject of the contract is included in the ToR.
