Cleaning of windows (including window frames, window sills): external glazing, internal glazing and separation glazing and balustrades, - external glazing: external glazing of the facades of a building, - internal glazing: internal glazing of the facades of a building, - separation glazing: glazed surface for total or partial separation of rooms in buildings, - balustrade: a low fence or wall, in this case of glass, which protects people on the high side from falling when there is a difference in height.Place of service:This commission relates to the cleaning of windows,both outside glass,inside glass and separation glass of Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg.The commission includes this service for our four campuses:- campus St.-Jan: Schiepse Bos 6, 3600 Genk,- campus St.-Barbara: Bessemerstraat 478, 3620 Lanaken, medical centre André Dumont: Stalenstraat 2a, 3600 Genk, campus Maas en Kempen: Diestersteenweg 425, 3680 Maaseik, for the first three campuses a contract will be awarded with a duration of four years, probably from April 2021 to March 2025, depending on the award date and closing letter.Campus Maas en Kempen currently has a contract for window washing running until the end of 2023.After this, this campus will be included in this contract, with the same end date as the three campuses, i.e. March 2025, depending on the award date and closure letter.From 1.1.2021, the Maas en Kempen Hospital will tip over to the Oost-Limburg Hospital. After a thorough integration period, these two hospitals will eventually become a single legal entity on this date. As a result, the current contracts of the current ZMK will be taken over by ZOL. Overview of the approximate numbers of square metres of facade glass and separation glass: - campus St.-Jan: 9 300 m2 facade glass, 700 m2 separation glass, 1 400 m2 balustrades, - campus St.-Jan: 9 300 m2 facade glass, 700 m2 separation glass, 1 400 m2 balustrades.Barbara: 2 500 m2 facade glass, 100 m2 separation glass, - medical centre André Dumont: 320 m2 facade glass, 80 m2 separation glass, - campus Maas en Kempen: 6 400 m2 facade glass, 400 m2 separation glass.
