Description
The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of comprehensive laundry services in a laundry facility (bedding and surgical clothing, both ordered and leased) together with the implementation of the RFID HF system and transport of dirty laundry from the Customer's warehouse to the laundry facility and clean laundry from the laundry facility to the Customer's warehouse (disinfection, mangling, soaking, laundry starching, drying, ironing of laundry, bedding and clothing, sewing services in the scope of laundry repairs, e.g. e.g. laundry repairs, laundry repairs, laundry washing, laundry ironing, bedding and clothing laundry washing, sewing services. sewing, mending, sewing buttons, straps) in quantities resulting from the needs of the contracting authority, at the risk of the contractor.1(a) Used laundry (dirty) is laundry that has been used and requires washing but is not contaminated or contaminated. It does not require disinfection of e.g. curtains, cloaks, tablecloths, etc.; b) Contaminated underwear - this is laundry contaminated with excretions, secretions, blood and other body fluids. (c) Infected lingerie - lingerie placed in the first soluble bag, the second red bag marked 'Z'. This is underwear used by patients who are known or suspected of being infected or infectious, e.g. Salmonella, infectious hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, active lung tuberculosis, lice and other reportable diseases or alert pathogens. Always wash and disinfect in separate washing machines.2Bed linen rental - the Contractor will provide 800 sets of hospital bed linen which includes (duvet cover, pillowcase and bed linen) bed linen made of polyester/cotton fabric with linen weave, weight of fabric maximum 150 g/m2, composition 48 % cotton, 52 % polyester, according to CEN/TS 14237 standard, Table 1. 295, number of threads after thread min. 240 Woven fabric having the following characteristics: Breaking strength in warp min. 840N,Breaking force after thread min. 650 N.B. Bed linen with a guarantee of min. 200 washing cyclesWhite colour.Seams 160x210 cm with an overlap 30 cmSheathing 70x80 cm with an overlap 20 cmSheet 160x250 cmAppendices required: 1. Textile technical card confirming weight and composition2. Catalogue card3. Instructions for use4. Current Certificate issued by an independent, accredited testing body confirming the conformity of the finished product with the ENV 14237 standard within the scope of Table 15. Test reports performed by an independent testing body confirming compliance with specific technical parameters6. Sample of a selected item of bedding set7. Oeko-Tex Standard3 certificate. Rental of surgical clothing - The Contractor will supply 200 sets of surgical clothing - Reusable surgical clothing made of cotton and polyester fabric with a composition of 52 % polyester, 48 % cotton and a weight of maximum 130 g/m2.Clothes made of fabric fully compliant with PN-EN 13795 standard. Colours: green, blue, red, grey-blue, navy blue, burgundy, burgundy. Sweatshirt: with short sleeves, loose, with neckline overlapping, inserted over the head; at the front cut off neck under which there is a pocket on the left side. Side pockets at hip level, side pockets reinforced with bolt reinforcements.Trousers: elasticated, tied at the front for trout.Dress: with neckline with pleated neckline, with snap fastener; at the front cut back neck with a small pocket sewn into the seam; two hip level pockets; tied at the back for straps to adjust the belt circumference.Required documents: 1. Declaration of conformity: CE.2.Entry or registration in the Register of Medical Devices.3. Textile technical data sheet confirming weight and chemical composition.4.
