Description

The subject matter of the contract is to provide the Ordering Party with hospital laundry washing services in accordance with the applicable regulations, in the amount of about 22 tons per month in the laundry room of the Contractor, including: 1) soaking, washing, drying, mangling or ironing, finishing (eg. refining), folding and sorting of hospital linen, foiling of clothing and transporting it on hangers,2) starching of protective and working clothes,3) disinfection of mattresses, pillows, duvets, blankets and other assortment,4) thermal treatment of newborn linen,5) folding and packing of clean linen according to the assortment (e.g.: a., a., a., a., a., a., a., a., a., a., a..... 6) collection of dirty laundry from the dirty laundry warehouse run by the Contractor, loading and transport at the expense of the Contractor to the Contractor's laundry room, 7) delivery with own transport and unloading of clean laundry to the Customer's clean laundry warehouse,8) to issue to the Awarding Entity, after the performance of the service, segregated and packed individual assortments of washed laundry together with a description of the assortment, pursuant to the Awarding Entity's marking, hospital laundry together with a list containing a list of underwear.2. Hospital linen covered by the contract shall include hospital linen:1) bed linen,2) diapers, children's and infant's linen (jackets, caps, blankets and others),3) blankets, duvets,4) protective and working clothing,5) clothes and linen issued for hospital patients,6) hospital mattresses, anti-decubitus mattresses, mattresses, 7) hospital mattress and anti-decubitus mattress covers, 8) pillows, 9) other (towels, cloths, tablecloths, napkins, pyjamas, shirts, bathrobes, nursing cloaks, etc.), 9) other (towels, cloths, tablecloths, napkins, pyjamas, shirts, dressing gowns, nursing cloaks, etc.).),10. amenities.
