Australia - Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre Regional Office Refurbishment

Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) is looking to engage suitably qualified contractor(s) to provide office fit out services, for the refurbishment of the Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre Regional Office areas.
Offers may be made for all, or elements, and should be fixed, lump sum pricing to deliver detailed design for the project (Portion A) and itemised estimates for fit out services (Portion B). These estimates will be confirmed and fixed as a lump sum when detailed design, and funding, is confirmed.
The refurbishment project includes:-

Portion A - Refurbishment detailed design – planning of final floor plan, all materials including fixture and fittings selection, overall refurbishment inclusions and proposed refurbishment work schedule (10 weeks maximum).
Portion B – fit out services including demolition, construction, cleaning and fitout of work offices.
