Description

The subject of the order includes training for 10 groups of maximum 11 people each, which is maximum 110 people in total. By submitting an offer, the Contractor confirms the implementation of the maximum number of training courses for which he submitted an offer covering the order. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference No. OI/POWER.2230.3.2021.
Providing training services in the scope of organizing and conducting training courses for inmates of correctional facilities and detention centers subordinate to the OISW in Poznań within the project "Raising the professional qualifications of prisoners in order for them to return to the labor market after completing imprisonment" under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, financed by European Funds. The subject matter of the contract includes training for a total of 10 groups of up to 11 people each, which in total constitutes a maximum of 110 people. By submitting an offer, the Contractor confirms the implementation of the maximum number of training courses for which he submitted an offer covering the order. Duration of one training course - up to 156 teaching hours (duration of 1 teaching hour: 45 minutes) within 40 calendar days from the day of its commencement. Determination of other course duration requires written consent of the Purchaser. Classes should be held from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It is allowed to change the hours and days of classes upon agreement with the administration of a given unit, with the consent of the Penitentiary Unit Director. The training program should obligatorily include the programs for the following courses 5 professional courses of technologist of finishing works in construction (712904 - occupation code of Min. R. P. and P.S.), 2 courses of gardener of green areas (611306), 3 courses of pavers (711205)With the written consent of the Ordering Party, it is allowed to exchange types of training between units, to swap training from men to women and from women to men within the scope of the subject of the contract. In addition, in the event of circumstances that could not be foreseen in advance or were beyond the control of the Employer, such as the lack of final beneficiaries, temporary suspension of the unit, its liquidation or change of purpose of the unit, the difficult epidemic situation in the country, etc., the Employer shall have the right to limit the number of training units. The Contracting Authority has the right to limit the number of trainings and thus to reduce the remuneration of the Contractor. The training program must include, among others, the following thematic blocks: a) principles of safety and fire protection for a given profession in the block of professional theoretical classes, min. The training and activation cycle designed for women (course of professional cleaning, gardener of green areas) should additionally include a module of computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, creating a website for your own business), bookkeeping (settlements with the Tax Office, Social Security - without the help of accounting companies). Vocational activation classes extended by knowledge in the field of setting up and running one's own business (type of documents necessary to set up one's own business, fees related to them, possibility of using internships, scholarships or grants for setting up one's own business).The Contractor shall provide trainees with appropriate and necessary materials, teaching aids and other materials necessary for the implementation of the course, and if necessary in accordance with applicable regulations contained in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic in order to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 disease personal protective equipment such as certified face protection in an amount that takes into account the standards of wearability during the training. Training materials will be handed out by the Contractor to course participants and those on the reserve list upon confirmation with a legible signature on the materials receipt list.
