To item: II.1.4) Brief descriptionThis includes:- delivery and implementation of a modular software consisting of an event management system (EMS), a video management system (VMS) and an interface to the existing communication management system (KMS),- renewal of the central and decentralised IT hardware infrastructure, taking into account provisions made by the VGF. Essential provisions are a virtual server environment under VMWare, a communication system based on an IP communication system of the manufacturer Avaya, a keyboard video mouse (KVM) system of the company VMWare, and a keyboard video mouse (KVM) system. WEYTEC and a high-performance IP network,- delivery and implementation of operator stations in the control centres and the specialist areas with different functionalities and degrees of complexity, such as,- 5 operator stations in the security and service centre,- 8 operator stations in the operations control centre,- 8 operator stations in individual specialist areas,- delivery, installation and functional commissioning of 354 IP video cameras in 27 underground tram stops (approx. 270 fix domes, approx. 84 PTZ domes) using and upgrading existing cable infrastructure,- supply, installation and functional commissioning and implementation of video encoders for the digitalisation of approx. 265. analogue video data in IP streams according to standardised video compression procedures for the integration of existing analogue PTZ and fixed cameras,- supply, installation and functional commissioning of a high-performance video storage solution for approx. 620 video channels,- renewal of video sensor technology and video analysis for approx. 70 camera channels,- implementation of interfaces between the security and service system supplied in this project and existing VGF systems (e.g. Avaya-CM telephone gateway, central VGF control system, VGF IT fault reporting system, emergency call system for existing emergency call and information columns (NIS) via the KMS,- creation of a specification sheet and configuration of the system procured in this project in coordination with the individual technical managers as well as with the users and administrators of the trade at the VGF,- user training, System supervisors and technical managers responsible for maintenance and servicing,- ensuring 24/7 hardware and software support after commissioning,- dismantling system components and disposing of technical components that are no longer required after installation of the new technology,- developing and implementing a migration face concept with as little downtime as possible.The service consists of delivery services as well as a significantly lower proportion of execution services for the production of cable infrastructure.
