Description

This consultation concerns the digitisation of educational content within the framework of the implementation of a Moodle platform, an e-learning platform designed to help healthcare professionals in the Normandy region to appropriate new technologies and in particular the services set up by the contracting authority. The consultation concerns the supply of content and training materials, in particular video capsules and serious games dedicated to the IFSIs of the Normandy region and more broadly to all the Normandy healthcare players.
The term "serious game" is used in the present contract to refer to either a serious game or a simulator: interactive digital educational content, using new technologies with the specific intention of enabling the learner to develop targeted skills and ensuring the monitoring of the development of these skills for improvement and evaluation purposes. It is developed to meet the specifications of the NES CCTP, responding to the specific objectives cited in the specifications. NES expects the provider selected in lot 2 to produce video capsules, which are defined as digital educational content in the form of interactive video that allows a learner to access knowledge in a multimedia way: it may include images, slides, a person speaking, people acting, text or any form of support necessary to access the learner's knowledge.
