Video capsule production services - 3 years

Ville de Gatineau is seeking bids for the design, direction and production of videos (images and sound) as part of its employee recognition program.

The call for tenders covers the production of inspiring, stimulating and positive videos designed to promote the achievements and talents of Ville de Gatineau employees internally. These videos could also be broadcast externally to promote the recognition program as an attractive element in various recruitment campaigns.

Individuals and companies interested in this contract should obtain the tender documents from the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 877 336 7326 or 418 646-0177, or by visiting the website seao.gouv.qc.ca, quoting the reference number 20030918. Documents must be obtained at the cost established by SEAO. The documents will be available on the SEAO site on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Tenders will be received until 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2025 at the Service de l'approvisionnement responsable, located at 476, boulevard Saint-René Est, 2nd floor, Gatineau (Québec) J8P 8A9 or transmitted electronically exclusively through the Government of Québec's electronic tendering system (SEAO) and publicly opened on the same day and at the same time. All bids received after this date will be rejected.
