Bangladesh - Vibratory asphalt compact roller

Description

The roller must meet these specifications.

The dimensions must include:

- an overall length of at least 4,500mm
- an overall width of at least 1,750mm
- an overall height of at least 2,850 mm
- a wheel base of at least 3,200 mm

The diesel engine must have:

- at least 115 horse power per minute, 220 revolutions per minute (rpm)
- a min torque of at least 470 Newton metres at a minimum of 1,500 rpm
- 4 cylinders
- 4 strokes
- a bore and stroke of at least 100mm by 120mm
- a water cooling system

The fuel tank capacity must be at least 180 litres.

There must be a double drum asphalt compactor with:

- a width of at least 1,650mm
- a diameter of at least 1,150mm
- a shelf thickness of at least 17mm

The roller must weigh:

- a minimum of 4,500kg at the front drum
- a minimum of 4,400kg at the rear drum

The water tank capacity must be not less than 400 litres in each drum.

The turning radius must be:

- no less than 3,950mm on the inside drum edge
- no more than 7,350mm on the outside drum edge

It must have:

- a power steering system
- an oscillating, articulated frame
- an operating weight of 8,100 to 12,000kg
- a gradient of gradeability of no less than 30%

The speed must be at least 6km per hour going forward and in reverse.

The cabin must have a Rollover Protection System.

The service brake must be hydrostatic and the parking brake either mechanical or hydraulic.

The electric system must be 12 volt /24 volt with:

- a battery of 12 volt/2 by 12 volt
- an alternator of 12 volt/24 volt
- a starter of 12 volt/24 volt

The roller must be painted in lima yellow colour (code LYO).

It must have an operational temperature of -5 degree to +55 degree celsius.

The manufacturer must supply a fire extinguisher to be fitted inside the cabin and the ISO certificate.
