The subject matter of the contract is successive supplies of disposable medical assortment in assortments and quantities indicated in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.The Ordering Party informs that in the present proceeding conducted as an open tender, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in art. 139 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 139 par. 1 of the Polish Public Procurement Law. Using this procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate bids, and then qualify the Bidder whose bid was the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
The subject of the order is successive supply of disposable medical assortment in assortments and quantities specified in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.Task No. 1: Supplies of Nellcor type saturation sensors for newborns.The offered goods must:1) be medical devices, authorized for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022, item 974 as amended. -
