Bidding phase. Framework agreement awarded as a non-integrated group of orders composed of the Metropole du Grand Nancy (non-ZAC part of the project) and the Société lorraine d'économie mixte d'aménagement urbain Solorem (ZAC part); this is a mixed framework agreement with subsequent contracts and purchase orders, with no minimum or maximum amount and concluded for a period of eight years. Framework agreement consisting of five tasks, including a project management task. Social integration clauses provided for. It will be awarded to a single economic operator. Maximum number of candidates selected for the tender phase limited to four. Framework agreement awarded by procedure with negotiation.
