Description

The purpose of the contract is to conclude a single contractor framework agreement with a multidisciplinary project management team with the skills to carry out studies and works for the development of public spaces, servicing, landscaping of the site, rehabilitation of existing buildings, construction of new buildings and the preparation of regulatory dossiers such as the Water Law and ERC sequence (in accordance with the Environment Code). The scope of the study is set at the limits of the current Beautour Centre and the adjacent parcels owned by the urban area, consisting of a real estate complex, a park and a parking area, and the proposed works envelope: EUR 2 500 000.00 excluding VAT (January 2019 value). They will specify the prime contractor's mission elements: ESQ, APS, APD OR AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and OPC - possible complementary missions: DIA and EXE. The framework agreement will mainly lead to the conclusion of subsequent contracts which will include: - development of public spaces: on site servicing (resizing of structures), resizing of car parks, development of access roads and paths, installation of peripheral and internal fences,- landscaping and environmental development of the site: -- on the water theme: creation of a borehole and an irrigation system, dimensioning of hydraulic structures (non-collective sanitation, stormwater retention system) with a reflection on the reuse of rainwater for integrated management,-- on the landscape theme of the site: rehabilitation of existing buildings and new constructions: renovation of the existing building, historical part and extension, creation of a kitchen and restaurant, construction of an operating building (site maintenance staff, equipment, storage, possible storage of animals) and building for agricultural use or horticultural production.Candidates must, at a minimum, have the following skills: landscape gardener, VRD design office, environment/regulatory design office, hydraulic design office, architect, economist, fluid BET and BET structures, specific skills are also required: BET kitchen, acoustician, thermician, ISS coordination.
