PURPOSE

The CHU de Québec-Université Laval wishes to obtain your price for TWO (2) Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatographs (UHPLC) for its Enfant-Jésus facility.

OPTIONS

Concerning the acquisition of Consumables, the contract includes FIVE (5) Contract Renewal Option(s) for an additional duration of ONE (1) year each.

For the acquisition of Services, the contract includes TWO (2) Contract renewal Option(s) for an additional duration of TWO (2) year(s) each.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to CHU de Québec-Université Laval. The name and address of the bidder and the tender number must be written on the outside of the envelope.

TENDER OPENING

Tenders will be opened by designated CHU de Québec-Université Laval personnel immediately after closing at the place, date and time indicated in the tender document. Tenders will be opened publicly via the Teams application.

ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS

CHU de Québec-Université Laval does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid.

COMPLIANCE

The goods proposed in the bid must conform to the description or technical requirements in the specifications. If the bidder is unable to comply with any of the technical requirements, the bidder should contact the file manager to check whether an alternative can be found by issuing an addendum.
