Support for the social media activities of the Thuringian Ministry of Education, Science and Culture (TMBWK)

Short description:
It is planned to cooperate with a service provider for the continuation of professional social media activities of the Thuringian Ministry of Education, Science and Culture on the basis of a framework contract with a term for the calendar year with up to three options to extend for a further year each time, to carry out the following measures:
- Support: advice and support for the ministry's ongoing social media work in the event of bottlenecks, e.g. short-term creation of sharepics, banners, animations, clips, etc., community management and editorial recommendations if required, advice on strategic orientation \/ further developments
- Reporting: monthly statistics and reports on key figures and their analysis in relation to the activities, annual\/semi-annual reports
- Campaigns: development\/execution of ad campaigns on key topics including the development of communication messages, image motifs, video clips and corresponding ad placements
The intended order is a service that cannot be described clearly and exhaustively. The service description describes the path to the product, but not the product itself. The scope (e.g. number of motifs, postings, animations, advertising placements), design (photos, graphics, etc.) or materials to be used depend on the concept of the respective individual orders.
