Consultancy services for the selection of a depositary

Short description:
The tasks\/services area of the depositary is to be re-tendered in 2025.
The aim of this tender procedure is to procure the expert and independent support of an external service provider/consulting firm for the preparation and implementation of the upcoming tender procedure for the depositary service.
The management of the upcoming tender procedure will be the responsibility of the contracting authority's procurement department. The external consultant will
- assist with the planning of the timetable,
- the content of the various phases of the multi-stage procedure and
- the preparation of the legally compliant tender documents.

The estimated total contract value for the services described is approximately EUR 40,000.00 net. This amount should include the following:
- Personnel and material costs of the contractor including any cooperation partners
- Travel costs\/expenses of the contractor and any cooperation partners for participation in meetings with representatives of the client or other meetings as part of the selection process (e.g. presentation dates of the applicants)
- Overhead costs of the contractor.
