The subject of the contract is: Delivery of other materialsZad. 1 - Polypropylene cordZad. 2 - Total cushion cover 70 x 80Zad. 3 - Hospital pajamasZad. 4 - Small kitchen equipmentZad. 5 - Waste bag rackZad. 6 - Cleaning trolley - SOR/GOKNote description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 2b to the ToSHOP.3.2 The Ordering Party's requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract: 1) the materials offered must be certified and registered in accordance with legal regulations requiring certificates, attestations and registrations; 2) the materials offered must comply with standards or technical specifications applicable to the product; 3.4 The Ordering Party shall require performance of the subject matter of the contract on the terms specified in the contract, the specimen of which is attached to the ToR.3The Ordering Party shall require the performance of the subject of the contract according to the rules specified in the contract whose specimen is attached to the ToR.
