Description

The Antwerp Port Authority wishes to purchase a port tugboat with the following characteristics: general characteristics of the port tugboat:- pull: 65 tons up to and including 75 tons,- dimensions.Maximum length: 28 m.Maximum width: 13,5 m.Maximum draught: 6 m.- gross tonnage < 499 tonnes, - tug complies with the requirements for IMO tier III class certificate not issued earlier than 2019, date of keel laying not more than 18 months before the date of the class certificate, - ship must be delivered under Belgian flag to Antwerp Port Authority, - tug has an inland navigation certificate valid for zone 2, 3 and 4 Belgium and the Netherlands OR The tug has a coastal area certificate (class certificate issued by IACS recognized class society and also complies with IACS 99), - stability in accordance with 'Resolution MSC.415'.(97) (Adopted on 25.11.2016) Amendments to part B of the international code on intact stability, 2008 (2008 IS code), as applicable as of January 1st, 2020',- 2 rudder propellers Azimuth drives in tractor configuration (ATD or RSD), - course stable at all times, - complete fendering around the vessel (no tyres), - split drum or towing winch with 2 drums, - integrated alarm and monitoring system, including fuel consumption,- fire extinguishing installation complying with Fifi 1 with water spray and foam, - the conditions for COMF-NOISE 3 and COMF-VIB 3 class notation, - noise in the wheelhouse < 60 dB(A), - possibility of connection to shore power, - accommodation suitable for at least 3 crew members, - the ship must be delivered in the port of Antwerp at K602 (Blauwhoefstraat 15, Antwerp) and no later than 1.The order will consist of the delivery of a 1st tug in 2020 with the option to deliver a 2nd tug of the same type.
