Description

(1) The subject of the contract is the successive provision of a comprehensive service of reservation, purchase and delivery of individual and group airline tickets for passenger transportation by airlines, both scheduled and low-cost airlines and charter flights, on international and domestic routes. 2. CPV code 63512000-1 services for the sale of travel tickets and tour packages. (3) Term of the contract: successively for 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until exhaustion of the contract price referred to in § 2 item 1 of the Draft Contract Provisions, whichever comes first, subject to § 2 item 11 points 1) and 2) and § 8 item 3 point 2) letter c) of the Draft Contract Provisions.
(1) The subject of the contract is the successive provision of a comprehensive service of reservation, purchase and delivery of individual and group airline tickets for passenger air transportation by airlines, both scheduled and low-cost airlines and charter flights, on international and domestic routes. The service includes, in particular:a. search for the most favorable connections in economy class, and at the express request of the Purchaser also in business class,b. presentation of a minimum of three variants of connections (if any), as available operated by different carriers,c. making a reservation of a connection accepted by the Purchaser with the transmission of a confirmation of the reservation to the Purchaser,d. purchase of tickets ordered by the Purchaser and delivery of them to the Purchaser,e. submission of appeals and complaints to airlines.2. Information about the means of electronic communication by which the Contracting Authority will communicate with Contractors and information about the technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence:a) Communication in the procurement procedure, including submission of tenders, exchange of information and transmission of documents or statements between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, shall be carried out using electronic means of communication, through the Tender Platform of the Silesian University of Technology: https://polsl.logintrade.net/rejestracja/ and e-mail: IA1@polsl.pl. The use of the Tender Platform by the Contractor is free of charge. b) An encrypted HTTPS protocol is used for the connection. Encryption of data is performed using SSL protocol. SSL certificate ensures the confidentiality of data transmission over the Internet. A contractor with an account on the Tender Platform has access to the possibility of submitting and withdrawing a bid, as well as functionalities that allow him to ask questions to the content of the ToR and communicate with the Contracting Authority in other areas.c) The technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents, electronic copies of documents and statements, and information transmitted using them are described in the "Instructions" tab on the Tender Platform.d) The maximum size of files sent via the Tender Platform is 150 MB. e) The time is recorded in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. The time of transmission of data to the Tender Platform is the time at which the submission of an offer, notice, document or statement by the Contractor is confirmed. (f) The Contractor may also transmit the aforementioned notice, document or statement (not applicable to the bid) to the Contracting Authority's e-mail address. When transmitting the above-mentioned notice, document or statement, the Contractor shall request confirmation of the delivery of the message. The date of transmission of the notice, document or statement shall be the date of receipt of confirmation of delivery of the message containing the aforementioned files/attachments from the mail server of the Contracting Authority. The maximum size of files sent via the Ordering Party's e-mail is 10 MB.
