Description

The subject matter of the contract are services including the organization of nature and adventure camps at the Baltic Sea, in the mountains of Poland, educational and recreational camps at the Baltic Sea, the Mazurian Lake District or Suwałki for children and young people and educational and tourist camps in Croatia for secondary school pupils and students from the municipality of Kleszczów in 2021, divided into 8 parts (tasks).A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the Contracting Authority's requirements for the subject matter of the contract are specified in: 2.1 Annex 2 to the SWZ: description of the subject matter of the contract (applies to Task 1-8), 2.2 Annex 5 to the SWZ: model contract.
Task 1: 14-day (13 nights) nature and adventure camp "In the land of fantasy" for primary school children from grades I to III, for 28 people in one camp, in the period between 31.7.2021 and 31.8.2021 at the Baltic Sea.2 Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the Contracting Authority's requirements for the subject matter of the contract are specified in3.1. facility with own, direct access to the beach to be used by the participants during their bath - not more than 500 meters from the facility where group of participants will be accommodated (walking distance according to Google Maps) - 10.00 points;3.2. An indoor swimming pool inside the accommodation building to be used by the participants free of charge at least twice a day for at least 1 hour per camp - 10.00 pts. 3.3. A hotel facility (guesthouse or hotel) of at least 2** category (two stars) entered in the Central Register of Hotel Facilities - 15.00 pts. Task 2: 7-day (6 nights) nature and adventure camp "In the land of fantasy" for primary school children in grades I-III, for 101 persons in one camp or two camps in the period between 31.07.2021 and 31.08.2021 in the mountains of Poland.2A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the Contracting Authority's requirements for the subject matter of the contract are specified in: 2.1 Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ: Description of the subject matter of the contract (applies to Task 1÷8),2.2 Attachment No. 5 to the SWZ: Specimen agreement.3 Criterion No. 2 can obtain max. 3.1. indoor swimming pool inside the accommodation building with free use by the participants at least twice during the camp after minimum 1 hour - 10.00 points.3.2. outdoor swimming pool within the area of the centre with free use by the participants at least twice during the camp after minimum 1 hour - 10.00 points.3.3.3. hotel facility (guesthouse or hotel) of at least 2** (two stars) category entered in the Central Register of Hotel Facilities - 15.00 pts.3.4. organization of a festival of colors in or outside the facility with joint fun in groups with the use of certified Holi powders - 5.00 pts. Task 7: 14-day (11 nights) educational-tourist camp for high school students (minors), combined with learning about the culture and history of the region, for 86 people in one or two periods between 31.07.2021 and 31.08.2021 in Croatia in the region of Makarska Riviera or Omis Riviera on the Adriatic Sea.2A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the Contracting Authority's requirements for the subject matter of the contract have been specified in:2.1. Appendix no. 2 to the SWZ: description of the subject matter of the contract (applies to Task 1÷8),2.2. 3.2 Distance from the beach to be used by the participants up to 800 m (walking distance according to Google Maps) - 10.00 points.3..3 Free use of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach to be used by the participants - 10.00 pts.3.4 Additional activities such as: aqua zumba/fitness classes at the swimming pool with a minimum of 2 clock hours per group - 10.00 pts. Task 8: 14-day (11 nights) educational-tourist camp for secondary school pupils and students (minors and adults) combined with learning about the culture and history of the region, for 77 people in one or two periods between 31.07.2021 and 31.08.2021 in Croatia in the region of Makarska Riviera or Omis Riviera on the Adriatic Sea.2A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the Contracting Authority's requirements for the subject matter of the contract have been specified in:2.1.
