Description
The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation and obtaining all the arrangements, opinions, decisions, studies, certificates and permits required by applicable law to build small retention facilities and the construction of these facilities in the Kartuzy Forest Inspectorate under the Project entitled "A comprehensive project for the protection of species and natural habitats in areas managed by the State Forests PGL" under the OPI&E 2014-2020.Before submitting a bid, the Contractor may conduct a site inspection to assess the field conditions associated with the execution of the works, which are the subject of the contract. The cost of the site visit shall be borne by the Contractor. Local inspection - after prior telephone contact with a Forestry Service Specialist - Adam Krawczyk tel.: 58 685-29-46 The order is divided into 2 stages: a) Stage I includes the preparation of complete design documentation together with obtaining a set of documents necessary to start construction works (building valves, filling in ditches) for the tasks described in point A). 4 (General description of the subject matter of the contract) of the Functional and Utility Program, i.e.: arrangements, opinions, decisions, studies, certificates and permissions required by applicable regulations, as well as performance and acceptance of construction works for the tasks described in p. 4 (General description of the subject of the contract) of the Functional and Utility Program, i.e.: arrangements, opinions, decisions, studies, certificates and permissions required by applicable regulations, performance and acceptance of construction works for the tasks described in p. 4 (General description of the subject of the contract) of the Functional and Utility Program, i.e.: agreements, opinions, decisions, studies, certificates and permissions required by applicable regulations, performance and acceptance of construction works for the tasks described in p. 4 (General description of the subject of the contract) of the Functional and Utility Program. 4 (General description of the subject matter of the contract) of the Functional and Use Program. b) Stage II includes preparation of complete design documentation together with obtaining a set of documents necessary to commence construction works (building of valves) for the tasks described in item II. 5 (General description of the subject matter of the contract) of the Functional and Utility Program, i.e.: arrangements, opinions, decisions, studies, certificates and permissions required by applicable regulations, as well as performance and acceptance of construction works for the tasks described in point A.2.1. 5 (General description of the subject matter of the contract) of the Functional and User Program. Additional conditions concerning the subject matter of the contract: b) it is recommended to apply the project implementation manual "Comprehensive project of protection of species and natural habitats in the areas managed by the State Forests State Forest Enterprise". The subject matter of the contract was specified in detail in the Functional and Use Program (appendix no. 11 to the ToR) and the Draft Agreement (appendix no. 10 to the ToR). The works being the subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with safety rules and in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The Contractor may carry out a site inspection of the future construction site in order to check the place of the ra) on the title page of the prepared documents. The Contractor is obliged to include information on the fact of co-financing from the Cohesion Fund within the framework of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme and the logo of the entities financing and implementing the project. Specimens of the electronic version of the signs will be provided to the Contractor by the Ordering Party after the contract is signed. The Awarding Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of personal execution of key parts of the order by the Contractor. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee period of at least 36 months for all elements of the order, counted from the date of preparation of the final acceptance protocol of the works, including the price of the offer, current maintenance resulting from the guarantee conditions and repair during the guarantee period. The public procurement procedure is conducted under an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 10(1) and Articles 39-46 of the Act of 29 January 2004. Public procurement law (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1986) and executive acts to the PPL. It is conducted in accordance with the rules governing contracts with a value equal to or greater than the amount laid down in the provisions adopted pursuant to Article 11(8) of the Public Procurement Law.
