Description

Open tender procedure with the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer, pursuant to Articles 60, 164, paragraph 2, and 166 D. Lgs. n. 50/2016, carried out by means of an assisted negotiation platform "e-procurement" for the concession of the harbour towage service, pursuant to art. 101 of the Italian Navigation Code, given the measure limiting the number of suppliers of the service issued by the Harbour Master's Office of Genoa with decree n. 42 on 05/02/2020. The contents of the service are specified in the tender documents. C.I.G. (Tender Identification Code): 9033521959.
The object of the concession is the technical-nautical towage service in the port and in the roadstead of Genoa pursuant to Articles 101 et seq. of the Italian Navigation Code and 14 of Law 84/94 and subsequent amendments and additions. This service, being a "service of general interest", is aimed at guaranteeing navigation and landing safety and is carried out under a concession, the tariffs for which are determined by the Maritime Authorities.
