Section VI : Additional information VI.1) RENEWAL This is not a renewable contract Provisional publication schedule for next notices : VI.2) INFORMATION ON ELECTRONIC EXCHANGES Online invoicing will be accepted VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION These are framework agreements awarded : - in accordance with articles L. 2124-1 et 2 and R. 2124-1 et 2-1° and R. 2161-1 to -5 of the French Public Order Code, -in separate lots in accordance with articles L2113-10 and R2113-1 of the French Public Order Code, -executed by the issue of purchase orders in accordance with articles L2125-1-1° and R2162-1 to 6, and R2162-13 and 14 of the said Code. Each lot of the framework agreement, executed by the issue of purchase orders, is concluded for a total duration of 48 months from the date of notification (including the renewal period). For all lots, the framework agreement is concluded for its entire duration, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 915,000 euros (excl. VAT). The amount indicated in section Ii.1.5) corresponds to the estimated value of the framework agreement, for all lots combined, over its total duration (48 months including the renewal period). Terms of financing and settlement of accounts are set out in art. 11 of the SCC. The framework agreement documents are available free of charge in unrestricted and complete direct access at the buyer profile address. The content and withdrawal procedures for the business consultation file are specified in art. 7 of the RC. The conditions for submitting files are specified in art. 10 of the RC, it being specified that bids must be sent electronically to the buyer profile address. Conditions relating to subcontracting and co-contracting are specified in article 5.3 of the CSR. With regard to the elements relating to economic, financial, technical and professional capacity as referred to in section Iii.1), the information required for the presentation of applications is specified in article 9.1 of the CSR. With regard to the elements relating to the award criteria as referred to in section Ii.2.5), the documents required for the presentation of bids are indicated in art. 9.2 of the CSR. To award each lot of the framework agreement to the candidate whose offer is the most economically advantageous, bids will be assessed according to the following weighted criteria: 1-technical merit: 55pts; 2-price: 35pts; 3-delays: 10pts.
