The Framework Agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders.Detection of buried networks in the context of additional investigations by intrusive and non-intrusive methods in the context of works contractsOrder group consisting of the Communauté d'agglomération Portes de France - thionville, the towns of Thionville and Yutz and the municipalities of Angevillers, Basse-Ham, Fontoy, Havange, Illange, Kuntzig, Lommerange, Manom, Rochonvillers and TressangeCoordinator: Communauté d'agglomération Portes de France - thionville until the signature of the contract. Each member of the grouping is responsible for the financial execution of the services that are specific to it and therefore for the payment of the corresponding invoices.this framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract until 31 May 2026
