Germany - To protect the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID cloud environment of the City of Göttingen

Description

A SaaS backup solution is to be rented to protect the City of Göttingen's Microsoft 365 and Entra ID cloud environment. The software should enable secure backup and recovery of Microsoft 365 data (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc.) and Entra ID. The SaaS licenses are to be rented for 3 years. As things stand at present, the initial total requirement is expected to be 1800 users. It is intended to extend the contract by a maximum of 2 x one year if it is not terminated by the client three months before the end of the contract period. The maximum total term is 60 months. The initial setup of the baking environment is to be accompanied by the contractor until it is ready for operation.
