BID RECEIVING - IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Requirement The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) wants to acquire time servers - NMEA 0183 to NTP, in order to provide a common time reference for the fleet's network equipment (FLTnet) so they can synchronize their internal clocks in order to enable the execution of essential time-sensitive functions. These time servers are to be installed on ships by the CCG personnel.
The work consists only the supply of timer servers at the address of CCG in Quebec city.

Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides acquisition services to the public in both official languages.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
