Description

This procedure is the extension of the WSO2 subscription.term: 22.12.2024 - 21.12 2025The service listed in this procedure is used for software and support procurement to upgrade the WSO2 system (on the basis of which the API Manager and ESB run) to a current version and, if necessary, to request implementation support for the connection of further services. The middleware (EnterpriseServiceBus (ESB)) and API Manager are used to connect different systems/servers/services in order to achieve a flow of information and data. Middleware is used because no services are married directly to each other, as this would hinder or even prevent upgrades or the exchange of services. This means that interfaces are implemented from system A to the API manager and interfaces are implemented from system B to the API manager. In this way, the services are then connected to each other and it is possible to configure which information is transferred in which direction and to which system.
