France - Thermal transfer station construction work

Description

Supply and installation of 3 thermal storage facilities in superheated water for a total capacity of 60 Gwh for 20 Mw max including the design, study, supply of equipment, accessories, access for operation and maintenance, transport, assembly, testing and industrial commissioning. The work does not include hydraulic and electrical connections. The conditions of service are as follows: PS=22 bar / TS=180oC / Rated speed 80-170o c. The right-of-way for the 3 storage facilities must not exceed 6.5 m in width and 25 m in length, including access roads. Realization of hydraulic connections superheated water of 3 thermal storage tanks (total capacity of 60 Gwh for 20 Mw max) including the supply and installation of thermal storage pumps (250 m3/h for 12 MCL), an air cooler (P=800 kw), valves and utilities. The conditions of service are as follows: PS=22 bar / TS=180oC / Rated speed 80-170o c. The connections are provided in DN 200 for the collectors between the boiler room and the storage facilities and in DN 150 for the storage facilities. The works include execution studies (including flexibility studies and PED files), procurement, transport, assembly, inspections and tests and assistance with industrial commissioning.
