Description

The University Hospital Aachen intends to expand the existing backup power supply in a new building (BTZ II) on the site of the old "Looszentrale/Dampfzentrale (Gebäude 223.000)" BTZ II in order to ensure unrestricted backup power supply operations. BTZ II in order to be able to ensure unrestricted replacement network operation. The new BTZ II building is planned on the site of the university hospital (see page 1, Fig. 01, "BTZ II extension"). The construction site is located in the north-western area of the university hospital directly on the access road via Steinbergeweg. The recently completed energy center (EZ) borders the construction site to the south. In the basement of the EZ, there will be a hub for the interconnection of individual networks. To the west, on the other side of Steinbergeweg, is a container village housing companies and engineering offices. To the north, behind the access road with a barrier system, is the computer center and a hazardous materials storage facility. the outdated diesel control system (brand "Transinaut") of the existing replacement network supply in the BTZ I building is to be replaced as part of the measure and processed in a separate award procedure. the subject of this procedure is the services required for this - divided into 2 lots - for the building physics service profile: "Thermal insulation and energy balance" consulting services in accordance with Annex 1.2.3 HOAI in the LPH 1-7Consulting services "Building acoustics" according to Annex 1.2.4 HOAI in the LPH 1-7The services are evaluated with regard to "Thermal insulation and energy balancing" based on Annex 1.2.3 HOAI 2021 according to Honoarzone III (medium rate).The services are evaluated with regard to "building acoustics" in accordance with Annex 1.2.4 HOAI 2021 in accordance with fee zone II (medium rate) The service part of the room acoustics in accordance with Annex 1.2.5 HOAI is not considered necessary in the context of this technical building and is therefore not part of this tender.
