Description

The UKD intends to renovate a ward in the MNR Clinic (building 13.51) on level 08 and upgrade it in terms of fire protection. The construction site is located in a fully operational clinic building. The subject of this tender is all flooring work as part of the reconstruction of the ward and the adjoining office wing. The work in the office wing will be carried out in a first phase, followed - after a time interruption - by the work in the ward. Prior to the work, the necessary pollutant decontamination will be carried out and all components affected by the work will be removed by a specialist company. At the start of the work, the construction site is free of pollutants.
