Description

The St. Michael Catholic Kindergarten is located in the center of the municipality of Bietigheim, surrounded by residential buildings with mainly single and multi-family houses. As a grown structure in childcare, it is necessary to take into account the current forms of childcare and structural requirements so that the kindergarten can fulfill its task with the set goals in a contemporary way. Due to the structural deficits (room allocations \/ building fabric), as well as the lack of accessibility and deficiencies in the area of room acoustics and fire protection, the municipality of Bietigheim is now planning the energy-efficient renovation and conversion of the kindergarten. The basis is the room program (based on the KVJS specifications) for a 10-group kindergarten for 4 crèche, 4 Ü3 and 2 pre-school groups, with the special rooms and bedrooms required for this, as well as the associated sanitary units. A multi-purpose room, a dining area with serving kitchen, ancillary rooms and staff rooms complete the space requirements for a balanced childcare offering.
The cost framework for KG 300+400 amounts to approx. 7.25 million euros gross (as of II\/2023). Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026, with completion planned for spring 2028.
The subject of this tender is the services for the structural design in accordance with §§49 ff. HOAl with service phases 1-9. The contract will be awarded in stages. Stage 1: Service phases 1-4. There is no legal entitlement to overall commissioning.
