Description

The service provision comprises the support of the customer in the fulfillment of its tasks as a granting authority by checking and processing the applications in the travel cost center. The Contractor shall only perform non-sovereign activities. The contractor first performs a completeness check of the submitted application documents and a subsequent legal review of the application requirements. The processing takes place along the process chain specified by the client, which essentially consists of the following work steps: - Recording of new entries in Excel tables,- Creation of the transaction in the e-file (nScale),- Creation and modification of business partner data (EPOS),- Calculation of travel expenses with a provided accounting sheet (Excel),- Correspondence with claimants,- Posting of the reimbursement in EPOS NRW and creation of a rejection notice (EPOS NRW),- Creation of the reimbursement in EPOS NRW and creation of a rejection notice (EPOS NRW). Filing of individual documents in the e-file (nScale) and creation of printouts for the paper file,- Clarification of payment returns.
