The Rheinsberg educational campus is to be extended and expanded by converting and renovating Kiefernweg 5 as a primary school site. The property was built in 1980-1981 as a prefabricated school (Erfurt type). It has been used continuously as a school. The facade was last renovated in 1990. The building currently houses classrooms for the elementary school and the after-school care center, and the work will be carried out while the school is in operation (mostly during the vacations) and in partial areas and must be calculated accordingly. For this project, the dry construction work is to be calculated in this construction lot. This includes -demolition of plasterboard walls + tiles, floors and walls-demolition of suspended ceilings-demolition of plasterboard installation shafts-inside insulation-new plasterboard walls-fire protection cladding-acoustics/ceilings-WC partition walls
