The purpose of this invitation to tender is to conclude a new framework leasing agreement to finance the future requirements of the City of Esslingen, its own companies and schools for IT hardware, including the associated standard software and related services.
The new leasing framework agreement is to be concluded for a basic term of 2 years, including two options to extend for a further 12 months in each case, with a company that can demonstrably map the necessary typical leasing processes and offer professional leasing-related services such as inventory management, rollback, logistics and data deletion upon return of the leased objects.
The leasing framework agreement must begin on 01.11.2024.
