Description

The planned CAMPUS DOK construction project is a comprehensive renovation and new construction project for the campus of the Helmut Schmidt University of the German Armed Forces (HSU) on the site of the Douaumont Barracks (DOK) in Hamburg. The property has a size of approx. 261,000 m², the property development area of the specific project comprises approx. 205,000 m². In the course of the project, approx. 30,000 m² of gross floor area is to be renovated and approx. 70,000 m² plus 33,000 m² of Mobility Hub is to be newly built. According to current estimates, the construction volume amounts to around EUR 1 billion, and "integrated project execution" (IPA) was chosen as the project execution model. In this model, the framework conditions (culture, organization, economy and methods) are designed in such a way that they best promote cooperation between the project participants to achieve the client's project goals. The core of the IPA model is a standardized alliance agreement (multi-party agreement) concluded between the client and the relevant key partners for planning and construction. Further details on the alliance agreement can be found in the key points paper, which is part of the tender documents for the call for tenders.In addition to the client, the contractors for the following service packages are to be part of the alliance agreement:1. extended building planning,2. extended object planning for outdoor facilities / civil engineering,3. specialist planning for ELT technical equipment,4. specialist planning for HLSM technical equipment,5. execution of extended shell construction and façade,6. execution of fit-out and laboratory,7. execution of civil engineering, demolition, outdoor facilities and traffic facilities,8. execution of ELT technical equipment and9. execution of HLSM technical equipment. This award procedure only concerns the service package 3 specialist planning of technical equipment for building services. The following services in particular are assigned to this service package:Plant groups 4, 5, 7, 8, in particular:Technical planning TA (incl. IT and energy planning)Commercial kitchens Sustainability coordinationLighting planning (artificial light)Laboratory technology systems Automatic fire extinguishing and fire protection systems Media technology Property-related sustainable energy conceptsIf the applicant/bidder wishes to provide parts of the aforementioned services through subcontractors, these only need to be named in the award procedure if the applicant/bidder wishes to rely on these subcontractors for suitability and/or applicant selection.
