Germany - The order comprises the factory overhaul of Dingo 2 system generators.

Description

The contract comprises the factory repair of generators of the Dingo 2 system. When submitting their bids, bidders must take into account that the details for the respective lots are only estimated requirements derived from past values and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a specialist lot. The upper limit for the respective order shall in any case be the total quantity summarized in the respective specialist lot (estimated requirement + safety surcharge). This contract does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Client to place individual orders. The contract term begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2027. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, for whatever legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by means of a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2028.
