The subject of the service is the provision of a reliable Games Management System (hereinafter also referred to as GMS) as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), including associated services, which supports this high-level event. It must satisfy a wide range of users, including Games organizers, athletes, media representatives and officials. A short outage can severely disrupt the operation of the Games and affect the success of the entire event.
The Technology FA is one of the centrally controlled areas that connects and holds RR 2025 together. The provision of the GMS for the eighteen sports that will be staged in Düsseldorf and Berlin will form a key component of the centralized Technology Services. The scope of the required systems and services is described in this document.
