The municipality of Werben/Wjerbno is responsible for the "Pusteblume" daycare center. The existing daycare complex, which was built and expanded in several stages, is no longer suitable for the operation of a daycare center with current spatial requirements, and due to an increase in the number of children returning home and the influx of new residents to the newly developed residential area, further growth in the number of children is expected in the coming years, which means that new capacities will have to be created in the future, especially in the crèche area. House 1 must be completely renovated and upgraded due to the above-mentioned conditions, including all supply lines. In addition, DIN requirements such as room sizes, equipment etc. must be implemented in the nursery management office, the kitchen area and a utility store. The plan is to refurbish and extend the existing building. In order to cover the current space requirements, several new group rooms including bathrooms and checkrooms are needed in the crèche area. Furthermore, a recreation room and toilets for the staff and an exercise/meeting room are required. Checkroom spaces must be created for all children, away from the corridors. An additional room for the crèche trolleys must also be created. In the outdoor area, the existing terraces must be renovated and parking areas upgraded, and accessibility must be ensured throughout the complex to ensure inclusion.
