Germany - The MPG has a need for delivery services for server systems from various manufacturers.

Description

MPG requires the supply of server systems from various manufacturers and additional services.
Against this background, the aim of this procurement procedure is to find several contractors who will support the client in the selection of server systems on call from the corresponding framework agreement and supply it with such server systems. We are looking for RV partners - manufacturer combinations (whereby the RV partner can also be a manufacturer) which cover the respective specific procurement requirements in constant individual competition with each other.
The framework agreement with several contractors, which is put into competition here, enables the contractual partners to take part in individual competitions in specific cases of need in order to cover the multi-layered requirements of the client at its various institutes.
The respective scope of services is made up of the following service components:
? Provision, connection and operation of an online store for the MPG with extended functionality, plus a research store as the basis for contractual cooperation,
? Sale and delivery of server including associated accessories (whereby the accessories can be ordered separately),
? Provision of maintenance services (services),
? ? provision of a hotline ("Hotline RV Partner"),
? supplementary services in relation to the servers
? Willingness, if necessary, to map the framework agreement products and services via a yet-to-be-defined solution via the "MPG digital marketplace" (instead of the online store) as a basis for further cooperation.
However, HPC systems and storage systems are not the subject of this tender, as these are procured via other framework agreements.
