Description

The procurement focuses on project management for the planning, preparation and monitoring of the relocation of natural history objects, library collections and scientific equipment of the Center for Taxonomy and Morphology (ztm, Ichthyology Section) from Museum Koenig Adenauerallee to Campus Poppelsdorf. In terms of project management, timetables for tasks in preparation for the relocation of scientific collections, library and equipment to a new building are to be drawn up and these are to be managed or task postponements coordinated. Coordination of stakeholders (centers and sections, building management, moving companies), organizing and convening regular meetings and updating schedules and tasks are also required. The contractor is the central point of contact for the above tasks. The removal services themselves have already been put out to tender as part of an open procedure. The relevant documents are attached to the B01 specifications for the sake of clarity. (Lot 2 Phase 7,
Lot 5 Phase 8 and other parts (see 3.2)). The remaining relocation services are monitored and coordinated by another body. The coordination relates exclusively to the items described here (Section 3). In addition, the necessary documents must be kept (e.g. hazardous goods, ethanol, animal welfare). Compliance with the necessary requirements for the individual removals
(vibrations, temperature, sorting, etc.) to protect valuable objects (scientific collections, technical equipment, valuable books, objects of historical value) must be observed and guaranteed.
