Description

The Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) as the client (AG) requires consulting and support services from external consultants for individual data protection audits due to the strong growth of the authority and staff shortages caused by the absence of employees in the responsible department (BL 24) in order to properly implement the legal requirements in the area of data protection. The aim of this tender is to provide support services available at short notice in all areas of data protection law. To this end, a framework agreement will be concluded for a total term of up to six years for the provision of data protection consulting services on the basis of a fixed hourly rate.
