Description

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (client) intends to award partial services of the infrastructural facility management in the form of security services (SDL) for the specified properties to an external service provider (contractor).

The Contractor shall provide the following services:

? Basic service:
o Site management \/ Head of security center,
o Shift management,
o Stationary security service,
o Mobile security service \/ Intervention service on site
o Emergency call service control center.

? On-demand service:
o Facility management \/ Head of security center,
o Stationary security service,
o Mobile security service,
o Intervention service.

The description of the individual services can be found in the service description (Annex C-02).
