Description

The façade of the extension to the administration building of the Berlin University of the Arts consists mainly of split clinker tiles in thick-bed mortar. These will be renewed down to the shell and will be given thermal insulation with new ceramic panels.

- Demolition of split clinker brick façade (655m²);
- Plastering work (approx. 210m²) and hydrophobization;
- Concrete refurbishment (steel reinforcement, concrete replacement);
- Masonry preservation;
- External thermal insulation composite system (approx. 1000m²);
- Facade cladding with split clinker tiles (approx. 650m²) and hydrophobization;
- Window sheeting;
- Moisture protection in the plinth area;

- Execution period: April - December 2025
