The expansion provides for the creation of a new vehicle parking space, as well as the addition of temporary changing rooms and sanitary facilities, as well as a clothing locker and a respiratory protection workshop.In the existing building, the outdated sanitary facilities will be removed and replaced by a foyer in front of the renovated training room. In addition, the basement staircase will be redesigned for fire protection reasons and the exit will be relocated to the hallway of the outside access to the training room. At the same time, a new parking garage for the neighboring property will be built on behalf of the Rosendahl municipality.
