Description

The district of Emsland intends to equip its own properties with an energy management system. For this purpose, the electricity, water, gas and heat meters in the buildings are to be equipped with interfaces for recording the meter values. The meter values are to be recorded via the existing data interface of the meters or via camera-supported meter value recognition. The meter values are to be automatically transferred to the cloud server of the energy management program. For this purpose, the values of the individual meters are to be transmitted via LoRaWAN to a central gateway for each property. The LoRaWan gateway is to be transmitted to the energy management software server via an LTE connection. In addition, the meter values are to be stored on the gateway for at least 180 days. Furthermore, data provided by the metering point operator via MSCONS and manually read meter readings are to be taken into account in the energy management software. The data recorded in the new energy management software is also to be transferred to the Infoma facility management program currently used by the district. The energy management software must comply with the current DIN standards ISO50001 and be listed as eligible for funding by BAFA The measure is funded by ZUG (Zukunft-Umwelt-Gesellschaft gGmbH), the funding conditions must be observed.
